: 10K was the driving force behind our non-profit's website development. As a small non-profit, we rely heavily on our website to support our effort and have been amazed at their expertise. An extremely easy recommendation to make.
and this year our local Chapter all agreed that we needed a better website than the one we had last year.
Many were called but only one was chosen! Quickly, 10K responded to our needs, and now the results speak for themselves! Not only did they make our new website more functional and professional, but we even added features we have been needing for a long time but never could get!
Because of their past experience with non-profits as well as with various other types of organizations, 10K was able to broaden our expectations as to what is needed for an effective website. So, in terms of deliverables, 10K has delivered more than what we expected.
They have been extremely easy to work with. Any enhancements that we needed were made.
Monica and 10K are also very instructional. They have designed the administrative side of the website, so that we (as novices) can enhance our own website with uploads of past events, etc. We appreciate the ease with which we can do this. It allows us to give our site a "customized" appearance.

Having control over the content of my website is very important to me. In the past, I was always at the mercy of a third party when requesting updates in content...
Thanks to the help of 10K Webdesign, I now have control over all aspects of my website... I can add or delete items, and edit the content any time I need to, without having to rely on another person. What a relief!
